Rafi was fantastic. I had a difficult problem with the lock on a patio door that I needed resolved in order to get my Certificate of Occupancy. He worked on that door for at least an hour. Did not give up until it was right. Very impressive. And I got my CO! I could not recommend Rafi more highly.
